Tory joined GTCR in 2022 and is a Manager for investment staff recruiting. Prior to joining GTCR, Tory served as a Senior Recruiter for McKinsey & Company where she led undergraduate recruiting for the Chicago office. Tory has a strong background in career development and recruiting from Northwestern University and McKinsey & Company. She holds a BA in communication from DePauw University.
